How Our Coasteering Sessions Work
Our coasteering sessions last 3 hours, which includes kitting you up in a warm 5mm wetsuit, helmet and buoyancy aid along with a clear safety briefing and up to 2 hours in the water coasteering in Newquay.
Every session is planned around the tides, weather and group ability — we read the tides and weather conditions to offer the very best experience for you.
In the main summer season we run two sessions a day, while during the winter months we usually run one daily session depending on conditions.
Expect a range of cliff jumps, sea swims, incredible views, and the occasional curious seal or two. The biggest jumps are around 20–25 feet (all optional).

Session Times
Summer: Two sessions daily – 10am & 2pm
Winter: One session daily – start time confirmed after booking
What to Expect
No two adventures are the same. We work with the tides to choose the best route on the day. Expect exciting routes, exploration, and a series of progressive jumps – with the highest reaching 20–25 feet (all optional).
