Meeting like-minded people and taking them out on to the amazing coastline we have here in Newquay, is the best job in the world .
We are not fish, but we live in the sea. We Coasteer all year round, from the summer heat, with glass flat, crystal-clear seas; to the raging storms of the winter months when the ocean is alive with energy, moving heaving lumps of water the size of houses passed us as we pick our moments to enter and exit with the utmost care.

I started Bare Feet Coasteer over a decade ago and still feel incredibly lucky to work in such a dynamic and beautiful environment every single day. I’m proud to lead a team of passionate, skilled individuals — each one a unique character and brilliant at what they do.
What connects us is simple:
A deep passion for the ocean and everything it gives us.
We love it. We respect it. And we’re driven to protect it.
Protecting What We Play In
Caring for the coast is just as important to us as exploring it.
We actively remove plastic from the sea, cut away abandoned fishing line and hooks, and collect rubbish from cliff paths and coves. We also work closely with other local companies and wildlife organisations to protect nesting seabirds and marine life by closing sensitive areas when necessary throughout the year.
From seals and seabirds to limpets and barnacles — every part of this ecosystem matters.
And we’re proud to do our bit to help preserve it.

Bare Feet Coasteer was founded over a decade ago and is run by a passionate, experienced team who believe in delivering unforgettable adventures with care, respect, and professionalism.
We’re also fiercely protective of the places we explore. We regularly remove plastic, clear fishing line, and work with wildlife groups to protect nesting birds and marine life.
