Salt & Soul Sessions have been created for those who crave a deeper connection with the coast—sea seekers, wild swimmers, and nature lovers who long to feel restored by the ocean, without the heights or high-adrenaline leaps of full-on coasteering.
These nurturing sessions offer a gentle yet powerful way to reset. You’ll move mindfully through the water, feel the healing rhythm of the waves with no big leaps or full on coasteering. It’s sea immersion for the soul—calming, grounding, and deeply restorative.
Set along the wild and beautiful north Cornish coast, Salt & Soul Sessions are a chance to breathe deeply and reconnect with nature. Join us with our experienced guides, who will take you on journey to rediscover a sense of calm, one tide at a time.
You’ll be wild swimming, climbing, exploring and getting fully into the rhythm of the ocean, immersed in nature and in awe of the coastal environment. You can be reassured that there won’t be any high climbs or big jumps. You only do the things you want to do on our sessions!
Balancing the tides the weather and the sea state we will explore the safest and best coastline routes mother nature offers us on the day, which can include caves, towering cliffs, and whirlpools. It’s always a unique and breath-taking experience to enjoy.
You will get to know our guides, who are all trained lifeguards, as well as friendly companions for your trip. Our wetsuits and high-quality safety equipment will keep you safe and warm throughout your session. We also include free photos and videos of the session taken on our GoPro cameras.
When you return you will feel enthused and re-focussed. Our Salt & Soul Sessions are the perfect tonic for mind, body, and soul !
