Q: Do I need experience or to be a strong swimmer?
A: No experience required. Able to swim ~75 metres helps — we provide all gear and full safety briefing.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Swimwear, lace-up trainers with grip, and a towel for after the session.
Q: Are cliff jumps mandatory?
A: Absolutely not. All jumps are optional. You can go at your own pace.
Q: What if the weather or tides change?
A: We plan each session around tides and weather and will only run it when it’s safe — your experience and safety come first.
Q: Where are you based?
A: We’re just a short walk from Fistral Beach — super easy to reach from the town.
